We cut to your specification, not ours
We do not work from a fixed list of sizes. You define length, width and thickness according to what your process requires, and we mill to that size, accurate to the millimetre.
That removes rework at destination. The timber arrives ready to enter your production line, with no intermediate cutting and no material lost to sizes that do not fit.
Available grades
CLEAR
Free of knots and visible defects. For mouldings, cladding and applications where the finish is exposed.
COL A
Sound, limited-size knots. A balance of appearance and yield for furniture and construction.
COL B
Higher knot presence. Aimed at industrial use, packaging and structures where cost per cubic metre governs.
MILLRUN
Unsorted mill production. The natural mill mix, for buyers who grade at destination.
COL A and COL B are Chilean grade designations and appear under these names on contracts and packing lists. Final grade is confirmed in writing before production, against the specification agreed with each customer.
Production specification
What we can produce. Width and thickness are set by your order rather than by a standard range — that is the point of a cut-to-size mill.

| Length | 1,000 mm – 4,100 mm (approx. 39″ – 161″) |
| Width | To customer specification |

| Chemical treatment | On request, per the phytosanitary or durability requirement of the destination market |
| Grades | CLEAR · COL A · COL B · MILLRUN |

What we need to quote
Because we mill to order rather than from a catalogue, the quote depends entirely on your specification. The more complete it is, the faster we can come back with availability and a CIF price.
| Detail | Example | Required? |
|---|---|---|
| Dimensions length × width × thickness | 3,600 × 100 × 25 mm | Yes |
| Unit of measure | Millimetres or inches | Yes |
| Grade | CLEAR, COL A, COL B or MILLRUN | Yes |
| Moisture content | 8%–24% (kiln dried) | Yes |
| Chemical treatment | Per destination phytosanitary rules | If applicable |
| Volume | In m³ or in 40′ HC containers | Yes |
| Destination port | Busan, South Korea | Yes |
| Target date | Required shipment date | No |
Minimum order: 1 × 40′ HC container
We supply from a single 40-foot High Cube container. We do not require larger volumes to open an account.
That lets a new buyer assess our timber on one contained shipment before committing to a larger programme.
